This job is only for 10th and 12th pass/fail.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary
Ambulating, turning and positioning patients
Provide fresh water and nourishment between meals.
Transport patients; answer patients' call lights and requests
Reporting observations of the patient to the nursing supervisor
Help patients with urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves
Following policies and procedures.
Protects organization's value by keeping patient information confidential.

10th pass/fail & above
