We are looking for Storyline Developers with 2 to 12 years of experience.
Graphically design and enhance the impact of marketing and communications initiatives and deliverables with custom layouts and graphics.
Create, edit, and make improvements for visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
Design and produce graphics and infographics for use in websites, intranets, newsletters, brochures, reports, presentations, emails, and marketing materials.
Conduct image searches for visual identity sets.
Formatting/design of documents (newsletters, reports, HTML emails, etc.) that are brand compliant.
Re-formatting existing documents so that they are brand compliant.
Create brand-compliant templates, as needed, for team use.
Ability and comfort with working with clients based in multiple countries.
Ability and comfort with working with senior-level people, requiring appropriate communication skills.
Ability to design independently as well as part of a team; multi-task various projects from start to finish; ensure deadlines are met.
Visually creative professional with advanced skills in all or most of the development tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline.
Skills in illustration, 2D and 3D animations will be a plus.
Instructional Designers | Experience 3 -12 years | Location - across India:
We are looking for Instructional Designers with 3-12 years of experience in developing different training product types, such as application simulations, ILTs/VILTs, WBTs, job aids, and QRCs.
Demonstrate Excellent Communication.
Adept at visualizing the content and collaborating with the graphic designers and technical team members and advanced attention to detail to develop the end product within the given timelines.
A client-service mindset and Desire to take on tough and challenging projects.
Willingness to proactively investigate and mitigate risks and coordinate with team members and others to resolve and escalate issues as necessary.
Knowledge of courseware development tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, etc.
Strong communication skills and manage communication across levels.
Ability to gather learning needs and project specifications.
A flexible work style and ability to work beyond the normal schedule during peak periods.
Ability to work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and within a team environment to significantly contribute to the success of the team.
