Inventory specialist
• 5 to 8 years' experience in inventory and supply chain analytics
• Experience in mathematical modelling, network design and simulation
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities/Technology Used
• Extensive knowledge of inventory and supply chain planning concepts and expertise in implementing them practically
• Functional knowledge of forecasting and fulfilment systems, distribution planning, safety stock strategies
• Knowledge of inventory and supply chain KPIs and their measurement techniques
• Expertise in data mining & manipulation using SQL
• Good knowledge of advanced excel (including VBA macros) and basic understanding of tools like – R/Python
• Good knowledge of visualisation tools like Tableau/Power BI
• Knowledge of statistical techniques like hypothesis testing, regression, classification and clustering, linear programming
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders independently and understand the problem statement
• Skilled in stakeholder management, collaboration and solutioning for a business problem.
