DESIGNATION – Group Head, Marketing
QUALIFICATIONS -
8-12 years of overall marketing experience with MBA/ PGDM in Sales & Mktg and B.Tech at graduation level
Post-graduation/graduation from Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges is a plus
ROLE -
Leadership role, responsible for driving marketing strategy, lead generation, key alliances and vendor relationship management.
The candidate will work closely with the founders to develop financial plans, budgets and achieving organization business goals (short term and long term), revenue targets and expand customer base.
The candidate will be responsible to drive business growth through performance marketing, brand building and online reputation management on digital medium.
KEY SKILLS - Critical thinking, go-getter, good problem solving and analytical capabilities, and excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
Well versed of marketing world with broad understanding of tools and terminology- Broad understanding of branding concepts in B2B, B2C & B2G space.
A result oriented independent professional with an attitude to take any initiative till end with limited help
Creative bend of mind to visualise and get quality marketing collaterals delivered
Good business acumen to support sales and pre-sales teams to align company's business goals with marketing goals
Multi-tasking individual with expertise of handing multiple brands/verticals without compromising on deliveries
TOTAL EXPERIENCE -
• Minimum 8 years work experience
• Experience of working in an entrepreneurial role in a B2B/B2C set-up is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES -
• Strategy planning, Business development, Marketing initiatives:
Lead, drive and deliver Marketing (Including Creative and Digital) initiative in accordance with company's growth plan
• Brand Building and Management:
Envision and deliver a brand from scratch with a long term vision for any new business initiative
Handle and come up with new brand initiative for existing brands o strengthen positioning amongst target audience
• Creative Deliveries:
Translate management's requirement in terms of simple briefs to be worked upon by internal members of the team s well as external agencies
• Lead generation:
Drive marketing initiative to expand client's base and strengthen existent client base
• Internal Marketing:
Drive internal marketing initiative in sync with HR team, if needed
• Team Building & Management:
Expand, build and lead a robust team as per the need of the hour
• Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with agencies/partners:
Get desired deliveries and results with agencies, free-lancers and other partners
