Business Analyst – 5 to 10 years experience
Locations: Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, NCR, and Mumbai.
Strong experience as a BA, eliciting requirements from business/operations teams and effectively working with technology teams for delivering digital transformation initiatives. Hands-on experience in agile frameworks, project
support for end-to-end digital processes, from design to user stories to product backlog management. Experience working with teams across product development, testing, and deployment, for ensuring deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers.
- Drive design of customer/user journey with the UX team.
- Develop UAT strategies and plans to support business/customer sign-offs, ensuring the product is fit for purpose.
- Good understanding of any streams in commercial/retail banking – Trade Finance, Cash Management, Lending, Cards, Payments, etc.
