Work Experience

• 5 to 8 years' experience in inventory and supply chain analytics

• Experience in mathematical modelling, network design and simulation

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities/Technology Used

• Extensive knowledge of inventory management and supply chain planning concepts

• Functional knowledge of forecasting and fulfilment systems, distribution planning, safety stock strategies

• Knowledge of international supply chain network, network modelling techniques (LP & MILP) and logistics cost reduction methods

• Knowledge of inventory and supply chain KPIs and their measurement techniques

• Knowledge of statistical techniques like hypothesis testing, regression, classification and clustering, linear programming

• Ability to mentor new team members and upskill them on required capabilities

• Ability to interact with business stakeholders independently and understand the problem statement

• Ability to write SQL queries to extract data for analysis
