1) Specialized in HR analytics, data interpretation, data management,
2) Develop and deliver HR metrics presentations and reports to the Head of HR
3) Publish regular dashboards
4) Automation of reports
5) Brilliant with excel, advance excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
6) Excellent analytical and communication skills
7) Role would report to the CPO (Chief People officer)
