#Requirements
Strong Computer Science fundamentals.
Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
Any experience with WebRTC is preferable.
Strong sense of system design.
Minimum of 1 year of demonstrable experience with frontend engineering in web/mobile startups with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance web applications.
Incessant problem solver and tougher the problem, higher the excitement.
Should love to own end to end responsibility: defining problem statement (either yourself or alongside your peers), development (PoC if needed), testing, deployment to production env and finally monitoring.
