Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
Hands-on experience with Windows desktops/laptops, IT peripherals, smart phones and Windows AD
Knowledge of general IT networking and security practices
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. Customer-oriented attitude
Relevant Microsoft and Networking certifications
Good English language communication skills (Verbal & Written).
Occasionally may need to remotely support users during off hours
Should arrange his own transportation to and from site
